Associate product manager
Kindly
Owned search and discovery. Time to first order cut by half.
What I did
Kindly is a grocery delivery service, and I owned the part of the app where people look for things. We rebuilt search ranking with the data team, shipped saved lists and reorder, and cut the time to a first order in half. I wrote the discovery playbook the company still uses.
