Mast design system
One component library for three client products, with the pricing pages first.

Studio Mast built products for three clients with three different component libraries. I proposed one.
The work
- One library of components, tokens and patterns, built in the open across the three products
- The pricing pages first, because they were the pages every client argued about
- A changelog that clients could read
The number
Three products on one system, and the pricing pages shipped in a quarter instead of a year.
A design system is a product whose users are your colleagues.
What it taught me
This was the project that moved me into product. The clients kept asking what to build next, and I kept having an answer.
How it ran
Three client teams, one shared library, and a rule that nothing went into the library until two of the three products needed it. The first month was mostly arguing about buttons; the second month shipped the pricing pages for two clients in the same week, which ended the argument. I wrote a changelog every Friday that the clients could read, and two of them started reading it before their own product updates. The system outlived my time at the studio, which is the only real test of one.

Send the role. I will read it.A short mail is enough: the team, the problem, the stage. I answer every one, and I say no quickly when it is a no.
Open to work from January 2027
