Northwind is a European marketplace with a checkout that most of the company had stopped looking at. I was hired to look at it. Over two years the team rebuilt payments and onboarding one release a week, took conversion from 2.9 % to 3.8 % and launched Northwind Pay in four countries. I also hired and ran three product managers, which taught me more about product than any launch.
